For employers

Your next bilingual hire is already here.

We train bilingual French–English infrastructure engineers from the ground up — Cisco, Cloud, Linux, DevOps, Active Directory administration — and prepare them specifically for the Canadian job market. Every candidate arrives with a portfolio you can review before the first interview.

The talent gap

Toronto and Montréal are hiring. Bilingual engineers are rare.

We supply talent to Canada's two largest tech markets — and both keep asking for the same thing: infrastructure engineers who work as comfortably in French as in English.

Employer FAQ

Are candidates authorized to work in Canada?

Yes. Every candidate we introduce is a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or holds a valid work permit — we verify it before connecting you with anyone.

What does “bilingual” mean in practice?

Professional-level French and English — not just conversational. We assess each candidate's French and English before introducing them, and our training runs in both languages, so they're comfortable switching languages in meetings, documentation and client-facing support.

Where are candidates based?

Mainly in the Toronto and Montréal areas. Tell us whether the role is on-site, hybrid or remote, and we'll introduce candidates who fit that setup.

How do you assess candidates' skills?

Through the work itself: hands-on labs, portfolio projects and mock technical interviews with working engineers.

Do candidates hold certifications?

Many do. Our learners have earned certifications such as HashiCorp Terraform Associate, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate and Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), and each path prepares for the certifications employers ask for.

Can I see a candidate's work before the interview?

Yes, and we encourage it. Every candidate builds a portfolio through hands-on labs and real projects. Tell us what you're hiring for and we'll share profiles and work that match.

How quickly can candidates start?

It depends on the candidate. Tell us your target start date and we'll introduce people available by then — including candidates who can start right away if your need is urgent.

Ready to meet your next hire?

Tell us what you need. We'll connect you with bilingual, portfolio-backed graduates whose training matches your stack.
